The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 02/26/2020. Interviews were conducted with staff and documents were reviewed relating to the allegation of a possibly impaired staff The evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation.
