Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on October 23, 2023, in the areas of supervision and abuse & neglect. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on October 25, 2023 and findings were reviewed on December 6, 2023.
As the information gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?
