A complaint inspection was conducted on 02/20/2024 regarding allegations in the area of special care provisions and special services. A tour of the facility was conducted, in addition to a record review, interviews with staff and a review of video footage. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
