Comments:
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 7/13/20 and concluded on 7/13/20. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 24 children present with four staff supervising. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three children's records and three staff records to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with one standard that is documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Based on aninterview and documentation review, the facility did not have an annual fire inspection. Evidence: the last documented fire inspection report was dated: 11/28/2018.
