Comments:
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 10/21/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements.An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. all rooms are in ration during the inspection. Children were observed washing hands, transitioning to the outside, during circle time. being fed and while resting. 2 staff an 4 children's records were reviewed. All were complete. Area of non-compliance is cited on the violation page. First aid supplies, posted documents. emergency supplies and medications are in compliance. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.
Based on a review of documentation, a TB test result/ screening was not within 30 days of employment. Evidence: Staff A's (Date of employment: 9/3/19) TB test result is dated 6/18/18, not within 30 days of employment.
Plan of Correction:
I will screen the dates at employment to ensure they are in the correct time frame.
