Comments:
The purpose of today?s visit was to monitor compliance during a routine unannounced compliance visit.
Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the Director. A walk-through of the center was conducted. The children were observed during individual activities, transitioning to outdoor play, circle time and resting. The following items were observed in compliance during today?s visit: proper storage of hazardous materials, use of approved space, physical plant, administration, and programs. A total of 5 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
