An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted during the after-school program from 4:00pm-6:00pm. There were 25 children (3yrs.-14yrs.) directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, playing table games, working on their homework, playing with play-doh and doing gross motor activities in the gym. There was an adequate supply of materials for the children. The program was clean and organized. There were no violations observed during the inspection.
