An unannounced monitoring inspection, resulting from a self-reported incident received on 10/30/2023, was conducted with two outside agencies on 12/07/2023. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s record, 1 staff record and interviewed 1 staff member. The inspector arrived at the center at approximately 12:00 pm and departed at 1:45 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
