Subject: Provider Portal Enhancements- 6.17.2026 Deployment 

This memo is to provide information on enhancements to the OBI Provider Portal completed during the June 17, 2026, deployment. Please review this memo in its entirety and submit any additional questions, concerns or portal issues to the appropriate OBI Team email address. 

Updates to PENDING PAYMENTS tab 

The pending payment page will no longer display with all requests pre-selected for payment. Users must select the request(s) they wish to pay to proceed with payment and submission. Users can select up to 10 requests for each payment transaction. The proceed total fee button is located on the last page of the pending payment cart. (If your pending payment cart has multiple pages, select next until you reach the last page to access the proceed total fee button)

If more than 10 request are selected, the proceed total fee button will remain grayed out and advise the user to select 10 or less requests.
