Date of Inspection: 4/2/2024 9:00am-1:15pm Type of Inspection: Monitoring inspection Census: 7 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 6 records, 2 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. The LI observed residents participating in activity programs and eating lunch. This LI also observed medications to be administered to the participant and reviewed the following facility reports: health inspection reports, fire marshal reports, fire drills, and emergency preparedness review with staff.
