Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed by 2 Licensing Inspectors from 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Follow up was completed on the previous violation notice and violation was corrected. The center has 24 participants enrolled and 10 participants were attending the center during the inspection. Eight staff members were on duty and the center Director was present on the premises. Participants were engaged in several activities during the inspection. Lunch meal was observed. Tour of the physical plant and review of first aid kit supplies were completed. A sample size of 6 participant's records and 3 staff records were reviewed for compliance. All new staff records were reviewed since last inspection for criminal history reports and all were in compliance. Please contact my office if I can be of any further assistance.
