Comments:

Two licensing inspectors conducted a one day mandated monitoring licensing inspection at Virginia Tech Adult Day Services on 12/02/2021. The monitoring inspection began at 1:40pm and concluded at 3:10pm. The licensing inspectors observed the building and reviewed participant and staff records. An exit meeting was held with the director of the facility and other key staff. No violations are being cited as a result of this monitoring inspection.
