An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted by licensing staff on January 31, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:10 p.m. A census of 21 participants was reported. A sample of 6 participant records and 3 staff records were reviewed. All new personnel records were reviewed since the last inspection for criminal history record reports and all were in compliance. The following items were reviewed/observed: tour of the center, center postings and documentation, lunch meal/menu, participant activities, and observation of a medication pass.
