Two licensing inspectors conducted an unannounced mandated monitoring inspection at Generations Adult Daycare on 12/16/2019. The inspection started at 10:35 am and concluded at 11:35 am. The center reported there are 53 participants enrolled with 6 participants and 4 staff present at the time of inspection. A sample of participant and staff records were reviewed, the building was observed, and interaction between staff and participants were observed. An exit meeting was held with the center director on 12/16/2019. As a result of this inspection no violations are being cited.
