Comments:

The licensing inspector conducted a one day mandated monitoring visit at Generations Adult Day Center in Cedar Bluff on 03/16/2022. The inspection began at 12:30pm and concluded at 2:10pm. Required postings were observed and the afternoon activity was observed. No violations are being cited as a result of this inspection. An exit meeting was held with the center director on 03/16/2022. Please return a singed and dated copy back to the licensing office within 10 calendar days (04/01/2022) of receipt.
