Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on February 24, 2022, from 1:15 p.m. to 3: 15 p.m. for J.A.B.A. Adult Day Care Center. Upon arrival, the center?s infection control policy was actively implemented for all visitors, staff members, and participants. The Director reported the census as eleven (11) participants in care and three (3) direct care staff members on duty. Participants were observed during daily activities and staff was observed providing direct care services. The record sample size consisted of four (4) participant records and four (4) employee records. Medication administration records, meals, snacks, and activities, were observed during the renewal inspection. Also during the renewal inspection interviews were conducted with several staff members.
