Comments:

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A renewal inspection was initiated on 03/22/2021 and concluded on 04/12/2021. The director was contacted via email to initiate the renewal inspection. During the telephone interview the director reported three staff on site and eight participants in care. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector conducted a virtual tour of the physical plant and grounds, reviewed 2 participants? records, 2 staff records as well as other documentation submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. The inspector reviewed the program?s updated Infection Control policies.
