Type of inspection: Renewal A renewal inspection was conducted on 7/21/2022 from 10:00a ? 11:50a. There were eleven (11) participants present during the inspection. The licensing inspector and a program consultant participated in the inspection. The Program Manager, Director and four center staff were present during the inspection. The licensing inspector completed a tour of the physical plant that included the building and grounds. Three (3) participant records and three staff records were reviewed for compliance as were required postings, staff schedule, medication storage and medication administration observed etc. Staff and participant interactions were also observed as they engaged in activities. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. An exit meeting will be conducted to review the inspection findings. The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law.
