Comments:

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 07/28/2021 and concluded on 08/02/2021. The center manager was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The center manager reported that the current census was 2. The inspector emailed the center manager a list of items required to complete the remote documentation review portion of the inspection. The inspector reviewed 2 resident records, 2 staff records, the staff schedules for the past two weeks, the most recent fire and health inspection reports, fire and emergency drills for the past year and the activity calendar and menu for the current month submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The inspector conducted the on-site portion of the inspection on 08/02/2021. An exit interview was conducted with designated person in charge on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed and an opportunity was given for questions, as well as for providing any information or documentation which was not available during the inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the facility.

Description:	Based on review of the medication management plan, the facility failed to have reference materials readily available for mediation aides, at least one pharmacy reference book, drug guide, or medication aide handbook for nurses that is no more than two years old. EVIDENCE: 1. The pharmacy reference book on site the day of inspection was dated 2014 which is more than two years old.
Plan of Correction:	Will be ordered and put in place per regulation. Was ordered on 08/3/2021 and arrived on 08/06/2021. A photo was sent to the licensing inspector for confirmation. [sic]
