Comments:

One licensing inspector conducted a renewal inspection at Generations at Haysi Adult Day Care on 01/27/2022. The inspection started at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 1:00 p.m. There are ten participants enrolled in the program with one participant present on the day of inspection. Three staff were present and working in the center during the time of the inspection. There have been no new admissions since the last inspection on 10/16/2021 and two discharges. Participant and staff records were reviewed; a tour of the center was conducted; activities were observed throughout the morning and the noon meal was observed.
