This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. A mandated renewal inspection was initiated on 9/28/2020 and concluded on 9/29/2020. The Director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. The Center is currently closed. The inspector emailed the Center Director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed five participant records, five staff records ,local fire and health inspection and other documentation submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. No new staff have been hired since the most recent inspection was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
