Two licensing inspectors conducted a one day unannounced mandated monitoring inspection at Mountain Empire Adult Day Care on 11/15/2019. This inspection started at 10:22 am and concluded at 12:00 pm. During the inspection lunch was observed, health monitoring, activities, the physical plant, and staff and participant interactions were observed. A sample of participant and staff records were reviewed. The center has a total of 69 participants enrolled of which 37 were present during the inspection along with 11 staff. An exit meeting was held with the center director on 11/15/2019 and at that time an opportunity was given to find items not available in files. As a result of this inspection no violations are being cited. Please review and sign this document and return to the licensing office within 10 calendar days ( 12/14/2019) of receipt.
