Comments:

The licensing inspector for MEOC conducted a one day unannounced mandated renewal inspection. The inspection started at 11:14am and concluded at 1:02pm. During the inspection mid-day meals were observed, participants arrivals and health care needs checked, activities observed, first aid kit checked, building observed, participants observed as well as participant and staff interactions, and participant records were reviewed. The center did not have any ADC participants present today, but there were 22 PACE participants present the day of the inspection. An exit meeting was held with the director. One violation is being cited as a result of this inspection. Please develop a plan of correction for each of the cited violations along with a date of correction and return a signed and dated copy back tot he licensing office within 10 calendar days (05/08/2022) of receipt. Description:	Based on observations made during the tour of the building and the audit of the first aid kit, the center failed to have all required items included in the first aid kit. EVIDENCE: 1. The first aid kit at the center did not contain anti-bacterial ointment on the date of the 04/25/2022 inspection.
Plan of Correction:	This violation was corrected while inspector was on site. [sic]
