Comments:

A renewal inspection was conducted at the facility on 4/22/2022. The Director was on site and reported that 17 participants was at the center on the day of the inspection. The inspector completed a walk-through of the center and observed the participants eating a lunch meal of fish, mashed potatoes, collard greens, wheat roll, fruit. A review of three (3) participant records, three (3) staff records, medication administration, the menu and activity schedule, the fire and health inspection reports, staff schedules and certifications, etc. was completed for compliance. An exit interview was conducted with the Director on the date of inspection, where findings were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
