The Licensing Inspector and Licensing Administrator conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on 03-17-2022 from 9:25 am to 9:58 am. The Administrator of the center was present for the inspection. The center did not have any participants present or currently enrolled. There have not been any new hires since the last inspection. A tour of the center was completed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
