Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted an announced initial inspection due to change of ownership on 8/10/2022. LI walked the physical plant and verified room measurements, The Building, Fire and Health Inspections have been submitted and reviewed. The facilities Policies and Procedures were submitted electronically and have been reviewed and approved. The Fire Evacuation and Emergency plan has been approved by the local Fire Marshall. No violations cited today and exit interview held. An exit meeting was conducted to review the inspection findings.
