A renewal inspection was started on 3/11/2022 and concluded on 3/14/2022 with the inspection findings being reviewed. Facility has not reopened since its closure during the State of Emergency. Facilities fire and health inspections are current. Reviewed four staff records and four participant?s records including progress notes. The facility has continued to maintain contact with the participants. Other required documentation was also reviewed. No violations were found and exit interview conducted.
