Two licensing inspectors conducted a one day complaint inspection at Mountain View Retirement Home on 11/26/2109. The inspection began at 1:45 pm and concluded at 2:00 pm. The licensing inspector observed the building, interviewed a resident and staff members, reviewed physician?s orders, Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and facility documentation. An exit meeting was held with the person in charge of the facility. No violations are being issued as a result of this complaint inspection.
