Licensing Inspector (LI) conducted unannounced complaint investigation on 1/12/2022 regarding the facility heat going out. LI interviewed twenty percent of the residents impacted. Spoke with Executive Director and staff, and reviewed relevant documentation.
Complaint regarding loss of heat is deemed not valid as a preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not supported the allegations.
