Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed today by 2 Licensing Inspectors. The facility has 39 residents in care at this time. 39 Residents were on the premises today and 12 direct care staff on duty. A sample size of 8 resident's records and 4 staff records were reviewed for compliance. All new personnel records were reviewed since the last inspection for criminal history record reports and all were in compliance. A tour of the physical plant was completed. Residents interviewed expressed no concerns or complaints during the inspection. Lunch meal was observed. Residents were engaged in activities. The medication administration records were observed as well as physician's orders and medications. The facility continues to use an electronic system for medication administration. The Administrator was on the premises during the inspection. No violations cited during this inspection.
