Unannounced monitoring inspections were conducted on 8/25/23 and 8/30/23, in response to a facility-reported incident received by the licensing office on 8/23/23, regarding Resident Care and Related Services. Resident record was observed and interviews were conducted. No violations were cited during the inspection.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standard(s) or law. The inspection summary will be posted to the VDSS website within five (5) business days of your receipt of the inspection summary.
