Comments:

An announced non-mandated inspection was conducted on 9/25/19 from approximately 8:00 am to 12:00 noon to obtain square footage and glazed window area of residents' rooms, as well as the common dining room area in the new addition (secured unit). Based upon the measurements, sixteen rooms may accommodate two residents and one room (the room on the left on the back wall) may only accommodate one resident. Based upon the facility's request, however, each room will be private and will have only one resident per room. As a result, the capacity will increase by 17 making a new capacity of 40 residents. A modified license will be issued upon receipt of the new certificate of occupancy, the form from the building official approving the modifications and a new health and fire inspection.
