Comments:

A non-mandated inspection was conducted on 11/4/19 from approximately 7:40 am to 9:00 am to measure two rooms on the assisted living unit. Two rooms were modified from four rooms and the total square footage for each room allows for a capacity of two residents in each room. This modification did not result in a capacity change for the facility as the previous rooms had a capacity of one resident in each room. Please submit the completed fire inspection and building modification form for these modifications on the assisted living unit. Thank you for your assistance and cooperation during this inspection.
