Comments:

An inspection was conducted to approve rooms for use as memory care. This inspection was conducted virtually due to the COVID 19 outbreak. Room measurements and door locking mechanisms were verified. The Building Inspection and Fire Marshall report were completed and approved. Effective 8/11/2022 Rooms RC 415 ? RC 426 have been approved for use as memory care. An exit meeting was conducted to review the inspection findings. Please note: these rooms did not increase the capacity of the facility The department's inspection findings are subject to public disclosure.
