An unannounced monitoring visit was completed on January 27, 2020, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. for Jan's Residential Home I. Upon arrival the assigned Licensing Inspector and the Central Regional Licensing Administrator met with the facility's administration team in order to initiate the monitoring inspection. Specific records were reviewed based upon the facility's incident report. During the monitoring inspection, the licensing inspector and the licensing administrator reviewed additional documents such as the following: MARs, physician orders, resident notes, and incident reports.
