An unannounced complaint inspection was completed on January 27, 2020, from 12:50 p.m. to 1:57 p.m. Upon arrival the licensing inspector and the licensing administrator met with the designated in-charge staff member. The licensing inspection team reviewed specific records and conducted staff interviews concerning resident care.
