Comments:

An announced non-mandated inspection was conducted from approximately 7:45 am to 9:50 am on 2/5/20 to measure the bedroom and window spaces in the new addition. Based upon the square footage and glazed window areas, the rooms had a capacity of two; however, the administrator stated the rooms would only be single occupancy rooms and did not want to increase the capacity. As a result, the capacity is 135 and will remain at 135. There will be no change to the current license. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance during this inspection.
