Comments:

A renewal inspection was initiated on 9/22/2020 and concluded on 9/22/2020. The facility's administrator was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. The administrator reported that the current census is eight (8) residents. The inspector emailed the administrator a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed two (2) resident records, two (2) staff records, medication administration records, the staff schedules, fire inspection report submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. No new staff hired since last inspection.
