A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/12/2022. There were 19 residents in care. The facility was clean and free from any foul odors. All required postings were visible. The staff schedule, criminal history reports, menu and activities calendar were reviewed. Four staff and five resident files were reviewed. There were no violations during this monitoring inspection.
