Technical Assistance:

Reviewed with administrator what postings are required, what information should be included in the infection control plan, and how the facility is addressing staffing shortages.

Comments:

An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/13/2022. At the time of entrance eight residents were in care. The sample size consisted of four resident records, two staff records, and one individual interview. Criminal Background Checks of all staff hired since the previous inspection conducted on 1/21/2021 were reviewed. Residents were observed eating lunch and engaging in activities including music therapy and playing cards. Medication administration was observed. No violations were cited and exited interview was conducted.
