This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 12/11/2020 and concluded on 01/14/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of resident care. The Director of Nursing was contacted by email to conduct the investigation. The licensing inspector emailed the Director of Nursing a list of documentation required to complete the investigation. LI reviewed one resident record and interviewed the director of nursing.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were cited. The Licensing Inspector notified the Director of Nursing through email that no violations were found and the complaint was not valid.
