Census 15 Number of records reviewed and interviews conducted- 2 resident records and 3 staff records, 2 interviews. All facility self-reported incidents since the last inspection were reviewed on this date. The residents were observed during bible study and individual activities. The Licensing Inspector reviewed the following documents during the inspection: fire drills, health care oversight, pharmacy review, menus, activities and the dietician report.
