The licensing inspector for Greendale Home for the aging conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on 04/12/2022 that began at 2:00pm and concluded at 3:00pm. The preponderance of evidence gathered/reviewed during the investigation does not support the allegations made in the complaint regarding medication administration practices at this facility so this complaint will be not valid. An exit meeting was held with the administrator of the facility on 04/12/2022 and at that time the findings of the inspection were reviewed.
