22VAC40-80 COMPLAINT INVESTIGATION.

The licensing inspector for Greendale Home conducted a one day non mandated complaint inspection starting at 10:25am and concluding at 11:54. This complaint was received by the licensing office regarding allegations of a resident not being treated with respect and dignity. Interviews with staff and residents were completed. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid. An exit meeting was held with the administrator of the facility where the findings of the investigation were shared. There are no violations being cited.
