Two Licensing Representatives conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on December 10, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. regarding allegations about staff not being respectful and considerate and medications being administered late. There were 69 residents in care. Licensing Representatives reviewed medication administration records, staff and resident records, and conducted interviews. The complaint could not be substantiated. The complaint is invalid. The following was discussed: staff training on behavior, and electronic systems for medication administration.
