Two Licensing Representatives conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on December 10, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:50 p.m. regarding allegations that food was cold, staffing was inadequate, and medications were not administered on time. Breakfast and lunch meals were observed, work schedules were observed for time of complaint, and staffing patterns were reviewed. The following was discussed: medication administration times on the ?Off Schedule? report. The complaint was not valid.
