An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on January 6, 2020 from 10:55 a.m. to 12:27 p.m. There were 65 residents in care. The following was discussed: assessment of cognition of residents in assisted living care, documenting of type of staff training received, and monitoring escalating behaviors of residents. The Administrator and Director of Nursing were present throughout the inspection. Staff and resident interviews were conducted. No violations were cited during this inspection.
