An announced initial inspection was completed on December 16, 2019, from 2:30 p.m. to 3:22 p.m. for Morningside of Bellgrade. Upon arrival the licensing inspector met with administration team in order to initiate the entrance conference. The facility confirmed the census as 120 residents in care. The administrator and the licensing representative toured the building for compliance. During the building tour the licensing representative observed that residents were engaged in everyday activities and direct care was engaged in providing services.
