Comments:

A Licensing Inspector with the Division of Licensing conducted an unannounced, non-mandated, complaint inspection on 02/25/2022. The complaint inspection was in reference to staffing and resident related care. During the inspection the Licensing Inspector observed the facility memory care unit, staff records and reviewed additional facility documentation for compliance. During the inspection there was not enough evidence to support the allegation and the complaint is found not valid.
