Two licensing inspectors conducted a one day announced mandated new/initial inspection at English Meadows Blacksburg campus on 01/06/2020. The licensing office received a new application as the corporation is changing. During the inspection all first aid kits were checked, the emergency food and water supply was observed, the building was observed, staff and resident interactions and activities were also observed. As a result of this inspection no violations are being cited. Please sign and return all inspection documents within 10 days (01/17/2020) of receipt.
